i feel drunk/lightheaded and i experience headaches

I'm 19, female, i rarely drink (just special occasions or weekends) and im not on any sort of medication. For the past few weeks i have been experiencing feelings of drunkness, it feels like i've drank 2/3 alcoholic drinks but i obviously haven't, i feel like it affects my daily activity and it affects my vision too, i have been experiencing headaches aswell but at the same time i've been told its because of the diet i've put myself on (the diet is recommended to me so it is safe) but i dont think i should be getting 3/4 headaches a day, they aren't unbearable the majority of the time but i would still like to know what it's all about. I wake up this way every day and experience it a lot throughout the day. Does anyone know what the cause of this is?

I would visit your primary care physician. This is most likely vertigo or inner ear related. It can also be many things like migraines, a vasovagal response, and anemia. Also, out of an abundance of caution, I would make sure your home has a carbon monoxide detector. I would also monitor your caffeine intake as well, and remain well hydrated.
