inner thigh pain

i was just in an orientation and sitting on one of those dreaded metal fold-up-chairs for about an hour and a half. about an hour into it i started feeling a tight, dullish pain on the inner thigh. if i extend my leg forward and to the side, away from my other leg, it doesn't hurt. and it doesn't really hurt if i walk on it, unless i move the right way. if i try to push my leg in and towards the other leg, then it hurt more.

What is causing this?
I'm 19, female, 309lbs, and starting a low active lifestyle by just walking every hour for like 5 minutes.

I'm scared it's like a blood clot.

Could be a muscle cramp, or a pinched nerve. I would suggest seeing a chiropractor, if you were sitting wrong and pinched a nerve, then he/she can certainly help.

More than likely it's not a clot! with a clot in your legs the leg will swell try moving
around and try heat
