I have a terriable itch on the palms of my hands and my scalp and occasionally the tops of my feet. This only occurse once every few days.  Nothing can relieve it, There is no rash.  It is unbearable at times.  I don't know wether to go see a dermotoligist or an allergist.

P.S.   Sometimes hand sanitizer can help control the itch.

I would recommend a good lotion that contains jojoba oil.  In the meantime, try to find out by process of elimination what you might be allergic to.  And  remember, you can become allergic or sensitized to something overnight.  I would suggest an allergist, since there is no rash.  A dermatologist needs to "see" something. (speaking from experience).
