numbness in hands
Have heavy numbness in both hands when using small garden tools, sleeping, driving or playing the piano, any idea what the cause could be?

This could be due to some type of nerve entrapment, or could be a cervical disc issue. I get numbness from 2 herniated cervical discs, but it could also be something like carpal tunnel or "tennis elbow", although those usually only affect one side. It could also be an arthritis issue. Hope you can find some relief!
