odd headache

I've been having headaches for days. Usually the headaches would last for hours. First, I thought it was just because of the changes in temperature. I'm a teacher and sometimes I would teach in an with aircondition which could get a lil cold and then it's humid out side. But this hasn't been the case. The headache would come any time of the day, irregardless of the temperature.  I used to have headaches but then it would only last a day and few hours. Bu this has been going on for almost a week now. I haven't taken any medicine.

Similar to what was suggested, I sometimes take a small pinch of one of the coarse sea salts that I have and let that melt in my mouth.  I do it just a small portion of the pinch at a time, so it isn't too harsh or too much salt at any one time.  I do drink at least one full glass of water before or during this, too.  This isn't much salt at all.  It might even be less salt involved than stirring it into the water first.  I use one of the natural sea salts that hasn't had the colorful trace minerals processed out of it.  I find that they have a milder and gentler taste and effect than even the cheap sea salt.  True, they cost more, but I buy just small amounts in the local store that carries these in bulk, so I'm not spending huge amounts on this sort of sea salt at all.  I find that the coarse Celtic sea salt to be just right for this.

My nutritionist told me that if I have a dull headache to take sea salt (in water) and wait 20 minutes. I have done that twice and it has worked both times.
