red bumbs all over

about 2 months ago i started noticing red itchy bumps i didnt think anything about it. thn more came and the more itchy they became. it couldnt be scabbies because my family would have them too and they dont then recently ive noticed 3 red bumps on my scrotum and their itchy too. there not bug bites because ive treated all my cloted sheets bed room with bug killers n hot water it just progressivly gets worse please help

dont know what it is, but if it is scabies and only you have them, then you were exposed to them somewhere your family didnt go with you. its important to get it checked asap though, because scabies take about 4 weeks to spread, grow, and infest. so, if you have them, but your family doesnt, they very well could have them in a matter of weeks, so its important to go see a dr and get checked.

this is what red bumps all over means to me that you have a alergic reaction so maybe try a new detergent

My son had the same thing your are describing and it was scabies and we did not get it.  I beleive he has the right blood temerature/flaver for them or something cause the medicine worked and we never got them.
