should i see a doctor for swollen lymph nodes?

I had strep a couple weeks ago, took my antibiotics and the symptoms went away, but now I'm getting bumps on my head (thought they were zits at first), feeling like I keep having short bouts of fevers throughout the day, plus my kneecaps keep feeling like they're swelling with fluid.

Anyways now I got two bumps, one small one a couple cm down from my ear and another one down from there that's about a cm high and 2 cm long and it's hard, usually it's my tonsils, I've never had lymph nodes swollen like that.

Hello,

I would see your doctor again and alert him/her as to what is going on. You could be getting and infection again, but, without blood tests and a professional consultation, it is hard to tell.
