what is eating comet cleanser possibly doing to my insides?

well comet cleaners all contain bleach and its just like drinking bleach but in a powder form. here are somethings that are likely to have over prolonged consumption :

Respiratory
Breathing difficulty (from inhalation)
Throat swelling (which may also cause breathing difficulty)
Eyes, ears, nose, and throat
Severe pain in the throat
Severe pain or burning in the nose, eyes, ears, lips, or tongue
Loss of vision
Gastrointestinal
Severe abdominal pain
Vomiting
Burns of the esophagus (food pipe)
Vomiting blood
Blood in the stool
Heart and blood vessels
Hypotension (low blood pressure) develops rapidly
Collapse
Skin
Irritation
Burn
Necrosis (holes) in the skin or underlying tissues
Blood
Severe change in pH (too much or too little acid in the blood, which leads to damage in all of the body organs

Comet is a very caustic cleanser that can take the enamel right off a sink or bathtub.  It is probably doing permanent damage to your mouth, esophagus, stomach, and intestines.  It is very difficult, sometimes impossible to repair a badly damaged esophagus.  Repeated exposure to caustic substances causes cell damage that has been linked to cancer.

Please go see your doctor (or find a doctor) right away, so you can get help in understanding why you are doing this. That's the first step in retaking control of your life. Some people who self-harm have untreated anxiety. Some have a form of OCD.  Both are very treatable.  

Sometimes it takes getting really sick to appreciate health. Please get help before you do any permanent damage!
