Well ur tittle is stress so maybe tht is the case but even when i'm in stress nd don't wanna eat nd ect. i still do because without you eating and sleeping that causes you to feel weak inside. Also no disrespect to you but i have to ask . .are you ok with your weight ?. .is this why ur stressed? I had a friend who was dealing with what ur dealing with and she didnt realize it but she had an eating disorder and it took a while but she over came it or u just need to find away to let everything out maybe take a journal and write everything that seems to bother u or just wht happened tht day . I hope i helped out alil !

Hi Tash79,
Does Stress trigger your symptoms? Is it all the time or only at night? Are you vomiting as well?Any fever or other symptoms. What brought it on? In any case you must eat and drink. I would get to the ER and have them hydrate you if you are not drinking. There are many things that can cause nausea and vomiting but I need to know if you can tell me anything else.
take care,

Low magnesium is a possibility. Early deficiency symptoms include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, confusion, insomnia, fatigue and weakness.
