tired all the time...long hangover ?

so...to keep a complicated story simple,   I don't usually drink much, and I also have had a very low appetite recently.  I made the mistake of drinking wayyyy too much vodka on sat. night.  I apparently threw up a goopy brown color and passed out.  I imagine I couldnt have been far from alcohol poisoning.  The next day I had no appetite, slept on and off all day and threw up a few more times.  monday I woke up feeling generally fine, but never really felt like I was awake.  Its now thursday and like every other day, my body feels fine..but my head feels foggy and I feel really REALLY tired, like just-woke-up tired but it lasts all day.  I've slept decent every night, more than I would normally sleep even.  Eating might make me feel a little better..it might make me feel a little worse, but for the most part it doesn't seem to do a lot.  I just feel like whatever I do I can never wake up,  it feels almost like I'm slightly buzzed, where I feel fine but out of it with blurry vision.  Its debilitating so far, I dont want to do anything, go anywhere, I just sit and watch TV all day.  Its been 5 days though, could this all still be caused by drinking on saturday or is it something else and its just a coincidence.  I feel like I might have some sort of blood sugar issue..but thats just personal conjecture.  I have an appointment but its not for a few days, just wondering if anybody else had any ideas.        Thank you and apologies for the poor writing, I dont have the energy to reread or organize anything right now.

Are you taking any medications? Some meds mixed with alcohol can make you feel REALLY bad...I'm on Lexapro, and if I even drink a glass or two of wine I pay for it for at least 3-4 days.

Being tired can be caused by a lot of things. You should have your thyroid tested, your electrolyte balance, and liver and kidneys.
In the meantime, try really hard to super hydrate yourself with water and/or gatorade.Eat things high in protein like eggs, and just generally take it easy.

If I were you I would have my liver  checked.  They can check the general condition of your liver with blood tests.  If you've got alot of tattoos or piercings or done iv drugs I would also ask for tests for hepatitis b&c.   If you think you have a blood sugar problem you should definitely discuss that with your dr.  Left untreated it can cause many problems.

Dear  midwestcoast, your age and background matters most in this case..
But be relaxed, if you don't have any other complications, just you want to stay in  then nothing to worry. If you feel any further troubles like vomitting, nausea, or loose motions, then it is advisable to visit your doctor. As you may be knowing that the alcohols, dissolves the soft tissues of the liver, and can damage them, but if you are young, then the God gives you some chances by ordering our body for self repair , during that process your liver will not accept any other food or drink for metabolism, and you will feel sleepy and restlessness. Be patient, and listen to the signs of the Almighty, and pledge for refrain from the bad and ill acts which effects your beautiful health which is an assest for you from the lovingly Almighty, which is bestowed on you without your demand, therefore you should preserve it as a beautiful gift for good deeds.
