Has anyone here had a calcaneal osteotomy?

Hi, I am over a year post op. I had a calcaneal osteotomy and I also had bone removed from my navicular and I now have 3 screws in my foot.
I don’t know if anyone else who has had anything similar to me to share their experience with me as I am still in a lot of pain over a year later. I have had physio therapy throughout this year and have orthotic insoles. I seen my surgeon at 6 months post op and he was dine with everything.
I am aware it is a long recovery and would be painful to an extent, but 15 months down the line I didn’t think I would struggle with daily with pain, swelling and walking. Is there anyone else who could share their experience of something similar to hopefully show there is light at the end of the tunnel?

TIA
