Is it Gout ? any relationship with with HCV i had until 2008 ?

Hi all,

I was an active user in MedHellp until 2009 because I have a severe HCV from Blood Infusion after an injury on 1982.

Fortunately I have recovered from HCV on 2008 after 12 months of treatment with Interferon and Ribavirin.

Since 2008 and until now all is generally OK. until recently.

Recent blood and Urine test show:

Glucose B - 102
Urea (B) - 45
Uric Acid (B) - 8.6
ALT (GPT)  - 59  , it was around 42-44 since 2008

and I do have some pain attacks in my left toe.

I would be very happy for help.

Is it a Gout ?
should i take any meds ?
can it be somehow related to the HCV i had before ?
Why ALT is up ? ( i had ALT in around 400 before I recovered from HCV.
Can ALT be high because my weight is higher today (was 74 and now it is 82) ?
can it be somehow related with other meds that I take (light hypertension, BPH -
Enlarged Prostate ?
