I feel a serene peace when i accept a higher power.  My goal is to be able to feel this way at all times.  It will take a while but i pray i can succeed.

Remember most people die of heart attack and stroke are esentially committing a biological suicide . So their mood is an important factor in provoking those incidents . We now know a lot about how to sutain healthy mood with nutrients , from B Complex to Amino acids (5HTP , SAMe , etc ) to understanding the electromagnetic nature of the healthy mood .

Stress can kill any of us . And remember that the factors that make stress are out there , it's how we react to those factors that determine the stress within us . And when we are stress we turn out a flood of adrenal out of the adrenal gland and it causes the little blood vessels to contrict down , the heart has to work harder to try to pump the blood through those constricted vessels , the blood pressure rises , the adrenals activate the platelets in the blood so what do we have ? We have a perfect circumstance for bad health and how do we control stress ?

Some might say its by having more tranquilizers or sedatives , I say NO , don't run the pharmacological bill higher in opur society because it is not going to help anyway . What you need in order to control stress is to be a happy person . And how are you going to be a happy person ? I say you're going to be a happy person by doing for others out of love ... When you're doing God's work in this world you'll be a happy person .

When My Pap passed away he left my Mom his Bible.From the time I was a little girl,he would read things out of a paraphrased Bible,much easier to understand!He would tell me that if something ever happened to him,the Bible would be given to my Mom and then eventually end up in my hands.Its a study bible,so he has wrote so many things that has got me through many difficult times,It means so much to me,and reminds me of happier times! Henry,  I'm soooo very proud of you! Only God can you the that inner peace that you so desperately are seeking. Talk to him, the way you would talk to a friend. Tell him how you feel, your problems, sadness, hopes and needs and always end your prayers saying, "In the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ".

I'm Catholic and go to mass every Sunday. I also have the entire Bible on DVD, which I just love. The bible for me is too much and too confusing to read, but since I got it on DVD, it not only read's it for me, it video in the holy places where it actually happend.

Find a church that is right for you. Seek one out, call the office, ask to speak with the Pastor, Elder, Rev, etc and tell him you are interested in their service, but need a little guidance on how to proceed. They will be more than happy and excited to welcome you into their parish or organization.  Once again...I'm so very proud of you. God is with you and you will be guided by the Holy Spirit.
