thinking to commit suicide
my parents died in front of me .... now brother who was very young also left me due to sudden cardiac arrest.... i am unable to bear i have severe anxiety panic attack......
Hello~I am so sorry for your losses and for your sadness. Please, please get some help from either a counselor, minister if you are a church goer, or even a trusted friend. Suicide is permanent, there is no turning back, life is precious even though it may not feel like it now. Things will get better, I know it doesn't feel that way now, but in time, they will.
