Pregnancy Tip: Drink @ Least 6-8 Glasses of Water / Day .....

Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water, fruit juice, or milk every day. These extra fluids (water is best) help your body keep up with your increase in your blood volume. A good way to know you are drinking enough fluid is when your urine looks like clear water or is a very light yellow.

So, now that I started the water tracker, I feel like I am drinking more than I did, so that's good.  Though, I do want to know when the article above says "6-8 glasses", how many ounces are they talking about?  How many ounces are we supposed to drink being pregnant?

Ha - are you watching me or something?  How did you know I am not drinking enough water?  I don't know what the problem is this pregnancy - I said before in another post, I drank water all day with my 1st pregnancy, but this one, I just don't know what the problem is!  Thanks for keeping me on my toes! :-)
