I found the week end to be really hard, I am so use to smoking after the grand kids go home and after I leave my mother-in-laws..............We usually are doing one or the other.......this weekend we did both. UUUGGG.Plus attended a dance performance by my grand daughter... Which she rocked the stage.................So proud of her willinness to take risk.
Today has been awesome NO CRAVINGS....NONE, not even one..................Woot Hoot It's 5:00 and dinner is cooked.....
I can not believe how I have felt today...............as if I have never smoked. God I pray this feeling doesn't go away.....................
