90 days late and not pregnant?

Hello,

I am 30 yrs old and I am 90 days late for my period. My last regular cycle was on april 1st and I had a light period on april 11th. I have taken 2 blood pregnancy tests; 1 on may 31st and the other on july 3rd. Both came back negative. I have gained around 10 lbs in the past month, my stomach is bloated, breasts are swollen, cravings, ovary pain, frequent urination, irritability, vomiting, frequent migraines............ I have had problems with ovarian cysts before and now only have 1 ovary. What is wrong with me?? :/

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would ask you to come in so that I could examine you to see if you have another cyst.  There are some cysts that produce hormones that delay the period. If that is not the case, and if another repeat pregnancy test is negative, I would check some other hormone levels (such as thyroid and prolactin) and probably give you progesterone to induce your period.  You may have a variant of PCOS, or a cyst,  or other condition--go see your doctor!
Good luck!

I have had several cysts since I was 20. I have had about 5-6 laproscopic surgeries due to ovarian cysts and endometriosis, 2 leeps from precancerous cells on my cervix. Every time  have had a cyst, I have always had my normal period and never gained any weight or have been bloated like this :/
