Dont know if im pregnant

I had my peroid on feb 5th bled 1 day next 3 days very light (unlike me).  Husband and I ttc, have had breast tenderness since 9 days past my period on feb 5th getting worse, have been having bown spotting started feb 21 and now is feb 24 have brown spotting off and on throughout these days, with alot f breast tenderness and areolas look swolen at times and dark, nipples look purple at times, i have taken a few tests all have came out negative, i am also experiencing some nausea at times. If I'm not pregnant what could be going on with my body, im worried and need an opinion.  Please help my period should be due feb 29th or march 3rd unsure if i'm a 25 or 28 day since my last cycle was 8 days late.

This same exact thing is happening to me... and I've been on birth control for 6 months now. I've been regular and on schedule with my last weeks pill cycle up until last month and then the same thing has started as you described. I have no idea...

Hello,

There are many reasons a woman may miss her menses, some easily explained, while sometimes it's not always clear.  Given your symptoms and persistent spotting, I'd suggest you see your ob/gyn to be evaluated.  Otherwise, repeat the pregnancy test if your menses does not return by the end of the month.
