TORN CLITORIS

Hi,
I recently had a yeast infection that was EXTREMELY itchy. I couldn't help scratching and rubbing (I know, I know). I believe that while I was scratching/rubbing I tore my clitoris. It's not "painful" but since that is a HIGHLY sensitive area, it feels..."sore" everytime it rubs up against my underwear...what should I do? Will this heal? HELP!

What was the cause of pain in clitoral region?  I get it too and it's usually following yeast infection, all symptoms go away with Monistat 7, but that part.

A YEAR AGO WENT TO GYN. I WAS TOLD I HAD FIBROIDS AND SHOULD GO GET A SONA GRAM . I WAS TOLD THEY WERE THE SIZE OF HALF OF MY PINKIE. WAS ASKED TO GOBACK IN A FEW MONTHS TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY CHANGE. THEY HAD SRUNK TO A QUARTER OF MY PINKIE SIZE. STILL THEY ASKED ME TO GO A THIRD TIME.THE LOOK ON THE FACE OF THE PERSON DOING THE SONOGRAM WAS CURIOUS SHEASKED WHY I WAS THERE. I TOLD HER I WAS THERE FOR A FIBROID SONOGRAM. SHE SAID SHE DIDNT SEE ANYTHING. SO I WAITED FOR THE DOCTOR TO CALL AND SHE NEVER DID.IT'S BEEN A LITTLE OVER A YEAR AND I HAVE NOT RETURNED.IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR PARANEOPLASTIC SYNDROME  WHICH COULD BE A POSSIBILITY OF CANCER OF THE OVERIES ,BREASTS OR LUNGS.                WHAT WOULD YOU DO
