Do I need a test

Hi Doctor,

Sorry for my bad English~

Several days ago, my genital has been scratched by may be two sex workers. No oral or vagina sex. I kiss her twice but not the deep one. Hours later I had a shower and cleaned my genital with soap very carefully. I didnot feel pain. I am sure that my genital did not have any wound. However I found a 2mm wound(more like a fresh one, could be scratched by them) on my waist. My questions are:
1. Do I need a HIV test.
2.Do I have any risk  to get HIV
3.If the sex workers got fresh blood on their fingers, is there any chance that the blood can infect me through the urinary mucosa(Im not sure wether it is broken) or something else?
4.If they got fresh blood on their fingers and lacerated my waist(2mm wound), do I have any chance to get HIV?
