Duo test 26 days. Very worried about gay sex

Hi Doctor, I dont know if this is the English or Spanish forum, I apologize if I am posting in the wrong language.

32 days ago I had a condom protected anal relationship with a 24 year old male CSW. I was the insertive partner and it didnt last more than 5 minutes. No oral sex, no kissing, I did not touch his genitalia.
I remember that the condom did not fail as I saw semen on it, but anxiety has made me think I didnt check well.
I had the guy tested a week after that with a Duo test that camr negative.
I also tested on 15 and 26 days with a Duo and also negative.
I have had the worst days of my life due to anxiety and now not only for HIV but other STDs.
My questions are:

1. My Duo test at 26 days would be somehow accurate?

2. I plan to have a STD complete checking. But one month after the exposure, wouldnt I should have a symptomp for most of them? What about herpes?

3. The only thing I have felt is a very very very mild sore throat, that is more like the feeling of having something there, no pain. And sometimes earache that comes and goes.  Does it resemble a symptom for any Std?

4. If I was not the receptive partner and he didnt touch my anus, would it be possible to have got an anus infection?

Thank you a lot. I am so much worried and with horrible anxiety. But I dont want to test again as it can become addictive and with the risk of a false positive if I dont have it.

Hello,
Thank you for your post.  This is the English forum.  Here are your answers:
1. My Duo test at 26 days would be somehow accurate?
YES, IT IS CONCLUSIVE.  NO SIGNIFICANT STATISTICAL DIFFERECNE BETWEEN 26 AND 28 DAYS.  AND IN ANY CASE, THERE WAS NO RISK TO YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE AS IT WAS SAFE.
2. I plan to have a STD complete checking. But one month after the exposure, wouldnt I should have a symptomp for most of them? What about herpes?
NOT NECESSARILY AS SOME INFECTIONS CAN BE SILENT OR SYMPTOMS CAN TAKE LONGER TO APPEAR, LIKE IN THE CASE OF HERPES, EVEN THOUGH MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE HAD SYMPTOMS AFTER 3 WEEKS.
3. The only thing I have felt is a very very very mild sore throat, that is more like the feeling of having something there, no pain. And sometimes earache that comes and goes.  Does it resemble a symptom for any Std?
NO, IT DOES NOT, AS THERE WAS NO ORAL SEX PERFORMED
4. If I was not the receptive partner and he didnt touch my anus, would it be possible to have got an anus infection?
NO, IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE.  FOR YOU TO GET AN STD IN THE ANUS, YOU NEED TO BE THE RECEPTIVE PARTNER FOR EITHER PENETRATION, RIMMING OR FINGERING.
Best wishes,
Dr José
