First time anal unprotected

Yesterday Wednesday 24th July I went for a naturist massage which included a prostate massage. The guy said did I want to go further ie anal sex , I asked if he was using protection and he said I am HIV Negative.
Like a fool I allowed him to enter me , after a few thrusts I said that I had had enough and he withdrew .
He did not ejeculate and as far as I know there was no pre cum.
Afterwards I massaged him and performed oral and then made him cum and then after him coming I performed oral again , didn't swallow any semen .
Today I text him saying I was freaking out at what I had allowed to happen , he said he would go to be tested , but also said that because I sucked him after he had come that this posed a greater risk .
I am now paranoid about everything and the possible consequences of  1 minute of pleasure

Hello,
There is certainly a risk of HIV infection here as there was unprotected receptive anal penetration, even if he did not ejaculate inside of you.  The fact that he was prepared to do this without a condom would put this gentleman in a high risk category and it is possible that he is positive.
I would advise you to try to get PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) as soon as possible.  It should be started within 72 hours of this incident and should be taken for 4 weeks.  In the meantime he can get tested.  You can get PEP from our clinic if you are in London, from your local GUM clinic and from A&E departments.  This cannot wait as it will hopefully prevent you getting infected with HIV in the case that he was positive.
Best wishes,
Dr José

Contacted the guy again , he said  he was last tested in December 2012
And would be going for a re test this coming Monday , then it's two weeks to obtain result.
Apart from him being negative or positive should I ask for a copy if the result to be sure
