HIV Infection Possibility. Please Help.

Dear Sir,
I am a 29 years old male. Around a month ago I had Protected sex with a female. The condom was intact throughout. But, after the act I removed the condom with my hands and tied it up before discarding, all the while unknowingly touching the exposed side (with vaginal fluids on it) and then proceeded to wash my penis (by splashing water on the penis) with my hands. Now,  my glans did have a sore like portion on it from an earlier abrasion, although it has mostly been dry in nature.  Also, this whole sore portion was almost covered by foreskin when I washed my penis. Now, its been 35 days since the incident and I am completely normal healthwise and never had any symptoms normally associated with the infection.
I just wish to ask you:
1. What is the possibility of me contracting the infecton, given the above scenario (the abrasion and the washing of penis by splashing water over it, with my hands)  ?
2. Do I need to get tested ?

Sir, Please help me in this regard. Just want my life back to normal. Anticipating your reply soon.

Thanks

Hello,
Here are your answers:
1. What is the possibility of me contracting the infecton, given the above scenario (the abrasion and the washing of penis by splashing water over it, with my hands)  ? I WOULD SAY THAT A SITUATION LIKE THE ONE DESCRIBED WOULD HAVE NOT INVOLVED ANY RISK OF HIV INFECTION AND THEREFORE THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT HIV.
2. Do I need to get tested ?
BEARING IN MIND THE ABOVE, THERE IS NO NEED TO GET TESTED.
Best wishes,
Dr José

Sir,

Thank you for the invaluable reply.
Just wish to put one more query - Does it matter if the sore portion was not completely dry around that time, and the foreskin did not really cover it while being washed ?
I am looking forward to start a family. Your reply has put a new lease of life to this aspect.
Thanks once again.
