HIV Question

Hello Doc I have spoken with many wise people here on med help on this topic, so here it goes about 5 weeks ago I gave oral sex to a guy and he did frottage on me but NO penetration was involved this happened around May15th and so starting around June 10th all these crazy things started happening all in order back to back and still currently. First my eyes would hurt when I moved them around then on and off Diarrhea that I'm still having now and then my tounge is swollen underneath I'm assuming the Salivairy Gland and dry mouth. So I was looking towards the back of my throat and it appears to be cloudy pinkish whitish spots not on my tonsils but the very back of the throat. And that's about it. I can't make it to a doc right now because I'm overseas so it will be a few weeks but I am taking Cladymicyn antibiotic for two days now I don't think it's working neither. I'm not in pain or hurting or anything it's just the whole swelling under tounge and dry mouth that has me. I have no sore throat no swollen lymph nodes no sweats or anything. So all the experts and some docs on other sites said I had no risk or no exsposure but what other stds or whatever could be causing this? I know I can't be diagnosed on here I'm just looking for an Opinion/Advice. It just was on my mind that this is occurring one month after the encounter and like other sites say its usually 2-5 weeks when symptoms start showing up. I'm not one to overreact or anything and everyone on med help said I had no exsposure I'm just wondering about these symptoms and what could I do til I make it to a doc. Thanks a lot for any Advice/Opinion you may have

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
From the point of view of HIV infection, the risk was very low, and that would only really be if there was ejaculation in the mouth.  The symptoms that you describe are not typical of HIV seroconversion anyway.  However they might be consistent with throat/mouth Gonorrhoea or even Chlamydia, common infection contracted through oral sex.  You would need to have a swab and get the appropriate treatment.
Best wishes,
Dr José

Thanks Do well, I have some great news 1st I have been on the Clydamicin for 4 days and now these symptoms are going away which leads me to believe that this was a bacterial infection  versus viral, and secondly the guy I was with did a HIV test yesterday and it came out negative. So all in all I feel much better and the anxiety is gone. Thanks for all your help.
