Hi dr im a 26 male not circumcised. I had sex with a escort and first she gave me oral for about 3 min unprotected . Then she put on a condom.then lubbed herself.she gets on top for about 5 minutes.. I then noticed condom was off and i pulled out of her with it off. So a couple minutes unprotected....she then put another condom on and we finished off about 8 minutes later.....i asked if she was clean she said yea dont worry...i did worry and 32nd day got a ten panel test...everything negative...hiv was a antibodies test...i called her again and started asking if she always wear protection and stated yes fa sure!everytime!....so i was thinking about a rna test ...to put all this behind me..whats ur thoughts doc?

Even though your risk was low, even i9n the event that she was positive, there was a risk. Your negative HIV antibody test at 32 days was highly reassuring, but not conclusive. I would suggest that you get a HIV Duo or Combo test (which also tests for the p24 antigen). If negative, this will be final and fully conclusive now. it would be far better than the RNA test at this stage.
