Please Dr HHH help me???? HIV???

I am a 24 y rold healthy white male from U.S., non drug user and not gay. Did smoke majanuan everyday for 3 months untill November 6 2009
On October 11, 2009 I had unprotected vaginal sex with unknown hiv status female 24 yr old black. (I did know here for a couple months and we did kiss and I did oral on her and did protectd sex on her this was well over 3 months ago.) on Oct 11, 09 I had unprotected se with her for under 2 min. I did it with her bent over from the back no condom and pulled out and cum on her back. On the way home I asked her if she has anything she laughfed and said no do you? I said no trust me I dont.
I did develope what the doctor said was an anal abcess that turned into a minor fishtula. (will explain later)
On November 2, 2009 I met a female 30 yr old white unknow hiv and she is gay, heroine and drug user in past and had alot of bums on both legs. All I did was smoke a joint with here. I did have a cut on the side of my mouth I get these sometime where you open your mouth wide and it look like it tore on the side. It was open but not bleeding. I made sure and smoked on the other side of the mouth the joint/cigar was a little wet from puffing.
On November 4, 2009 I met aother girl 21 yr old spanish/black unknow hiv status. I still had the open cut on the side of my mouth still. We kissed a little deep, she gave me unprotected oral for about 5 min and we then had protected sex. Then the same night 10-15 min later we kissed again and she gave me more unprotected oral sex and we had protected sex again. After we were done she got a txt from guy friend she said she met a guy he said wear a condom and said more small talk like call me later have fun.....I noticed some raised bumps that were her skin color and asked her what that was she said her sister threw hot oil on her in the past.

First of all I would like to reassure you with the fact that none of the encounters were particularly risky in regards of HIV infection, except obviously the unprotected penetrative with your girlfriend. There is no real risk from oral sex (certainly none from receiving a blowjob), kissing or sharing a joint. All the other penetrative encounters were safe as you used a condom. Now I am going to answer your questions as follows:
1. I know symtoms are never a dignosis but are they consistant with HIV, mine and my girlfriends? SOME OF THEM COULD BE, BUT THEY COULD ALSO BE TYPICAL OF HUNDREDS OF OTHER CONDITIONS
2. Can symtoms happen after 8 or more weeks? NOT TYPICALLY AS ACUTE HIV SERO-CONVERSION SYMPTOMS NORMALLY HAPPEN BETWEEN 2 AND 6 WEEKS AFTER INFECTION, LASTING ONLY A FEW DAYS
2. can an anal abcess or anal fishtula effect the accuracy of an hiv test or weaken my ammune system enouf? NOT AT ALL
3.How reliable is my 47 day hiv test for the unprotected vaginal? IF THIS TEST WAS A DUO OR A COMBO, TOTALLY RELIABLE; IF IT WAS AN ANTIBODY TEST ONLY, HIGHLY RELIABLE AND REASSURING, BUT NOT FULLY CONCLUSIVE
4. Can I get hiv from smoking a cigar blunt with someone HIV+ if I have a open cut?
NOT AT ALL
5. How likely can someone get hiv from haveing a rip/tear on the side of the mouth(it like when you open you mouth and you open it too wide it tears on the side) and kisssing someone with hiv I kissed for 2 min and maybe 1 min the second time and 2 times and getting unprotected oral 2 times from the same person. Oral the 1st time was 5 min the second time no more then 10.
NO RISK AT ALL OF HIV INFECTION
6. How likly or whats my risk or chances form my story???

I sexed with a girl first time unprotected and many times protected. Also two times receive blow jobs and kissing many times. After three months of sex I felt serious tention abt HIV infection when I caught cold and Flue like diseases. I recovered from that. Due to the tention I started to feel burning at the time of bowl movement outer side of rectum and still continuing the burning.After six months I stopped sex with her and tested HIV (immunology) and result Negative.Then After one year of starting time of sex I tested CBC, Gram Stain, VDRL, Anti HCV, Colonoscopy but no infection found. But often I feel flue type diseases and still burning after bowlmovement is continuing. I am afraid of HIV Infection.

Dear doc, pl with your permission, I may wish to add a few comments, probably the test was not a duo as its not fda approved in US, also if it was a standard ab test then at 47 days thats around 7weeks he is almost 95 percent assured of a negi, so i guess doc as you have reassured mr 54 is almost conclusively negi, as its highly remote for someone to seroconvert past 6 weeks after initial infection.
