I HAD SEX WITH A GUY 13 WEEKS AGO I DO NOT KNOWN HIS STATUS THEREFORE ITS A HIGH RISK. I WAS DRUNK NO EXCUSE BUT WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. IT WAS VAGINA SEX I DO NOT THINK HE CUM INSIDE ME BUT I CAN NOT BE SURE ABOUT THAT OR PRE-CUM. IT WAS 13 WEEKS AGO. SINCE EXSPOSURE I HAVE HAD ALL THE SYMPTOMS. FIRST NOTICED WAS A SWOLLEN LYMPH NODE IN GROIN WHICH HAS BEEN PERSISTENT AND STILL HERE TODAY. THEN SECOND WEEK FEELING UNWELL, NAUSEA, WATERY POO. THEN ITS BEEN ON AND OFF WEAKNESS, TIREDNESS, DRY SKIN, MUSCLE ACHES, SOFT STOOLS, BLOTCHY RASH, WEIGHTLOSS, WATER INFECTION, SORE TONGUE, RED SPOTS ON ROOF OF MOUTH, HOT AND COLD CHILLS, NIGHT SWEATS, ACNE, SORE THROAT, WHITE TONGUE,YEAST INFECTION, BLURRED VISION, ITCHY SKIN, PPSORIASIS ON SCALP, GENERALLY UNWELL FEELING, HEADACHES, DRY MOUTH, STOMACHACHE AND ADOMINAL PAIN, FEELING COLD, TINGLING IN HANDS AND FEET, JOINT PAINS, DRY SCABS BEHIND MY EAR AND FLAKING EAR, FORGETFULNESS AND LOSS OF CONCENTRATION. ANY HELP OR ADVICE WOULD BE GRATEFUL. THE LYMPH NODE IS STRESSING ME OUT AS EVERY SITE SAYS ITS A FIRST SIGN. THE LUMP IS HARD AND PAINLESS. ITS STILL HERE TODAY NO CHANGE IN SIZE. I ALSO GOT HARD PAINFULL LUMPS UNDER MY ARM AROUND WEEK 6 AND WEEK 12 BOTH TIMES PUSS COME OUT OF THEM AND THEY LASTED A WEEK. MY RASH WAS WEEK 10 AND MY NAUSEA, ADOMINAL PAIN AND DIAHREER WAS WEEK TWO. THE REST OF THE SYMPTOMS HAVE BEDN ON AND OFF FROM WEEK 2 TILL WEEK 13. THE LYMPH NODE HAS BEEN HERE THROUGH ALL SYMPTOMS AND STILL IN MY GROIN TODAY. I FEEL SICK AS EVERYWHERE SAYS LYMPH NODES POINT TO HIV. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THE LYMPH NODES AND HIV TO ME. AS ALL SITES STATE LYMPH NODES ARE SIGHN OF HIV INFECTION AND EVEN MORE IF THEY PERSIST WHERE MINE HAVE PERSISTED. I AM A FEMALE
Please get tested and you will get the 100% conclusive result at this time. As Doctor also said it would be negative. So get tested and get relief from all your worries.

Abit more of my story.
I had a smear test two days after exsposure and got tested for clamydia and gohneer. When i had my pap done she said i had thrush. I didnt treat it as it didnt bother me at the time.
Aweek later my pap redults came in normal pap with high risk hpv and stds negative.
It was then i noticed my lymph node swollen in my groin. Then i got a water infection.
Then i started to feel funny.
Then week two half way through work on the wed i started to feel nausea. Felt nausea for about 3 days hot flushes and diaerheer for one day.
My legs hurt really bad with aches for weeks and weeks maybe 8 weeks.
Sore throat, white tongue.
I cant remember exact dates of rest of symptoms but i had night sweats, not drenching bed. Not sleeping proper or sleeling to much. Joint pains. Leg ache. Back ache. Constant runny nose. Headaches. Irregular periods i started the pill in oct 2013. Itchy skin. Blurred vision. Twitching in my eye. Soft stools. Loss of concentration. Anxiety. Nausea. All these symptoms have been on and off over the 13 week period.
I was given floxoclin by my doctors for my lump as i tryed to put a needle in it. Ai had a scan on my lump on 20 nov and they said they think iys a cyst but could be a lympth node. So havin it re scanned in feb 2014. A wrek after my scan i had the worst yeast infection i have ever had and it lasted ages. I also endend ip with a cut with this yeast infection.
I have had water infections before i get them about once a year and i have had yeast infections before but not that bad.
I have felt hot regular but my temputure is still normal.
I have had bumps under my armpits that have been sore and squeezed out puss once happened at 4 weeks and once at 11 weeks.
I came out in a rash on my wrist on week one that itched it was bumpy and lasted about 3 days. At week 10 i came out with a rash that did not itch was dry and little red bumps on my forehead and a tad bit on my chest. That cleared after 3 days. Week 11 i had a stiff neck cud possibly feel a bump on mu hair line that wen after 2 days then i got backache.
I have had the swollen node in groin the whole time and everything i read on the internet indicates hiv. I am well scared to go test.

I think in reality that you do not have HIV. I take the point about unprotected sex but actually I think this is of modest to low risk.
the symptoms you have described are all vague and non specific and could in fact be related to many different conditions - HIV would be last on my list.
The only reasonable way forward is to have a third or 4th generation HIV test to give you the answer and stop the worry for you.
I think that test would be negative.
