female requiring your imput

I am 30yr female from uk and had an exsposure back in october 2013. We used a condom on the 7.10.13 and then on the 10.10.13 it was unprotected i was drunk no excuse but i really did think he put one on so i was in shock when i realised he never, i did make him stop but i can'tbe sure if he CUM in me or PRECUM in me.

Within a week I had a bumpy rash on my wrist and yeast infection.  Second week I noticed a pea sized lump in groin about a cm from bikini line its still here today 14 weeks later, then I got nausa and felt tired and diarrhea lasted 3 days. I have had lots of symptoms one after another abdominal pain on and off for weeks, mild head aches, dry skin, acne, yeast infection 2 days after exsposure and again about 8 weeks after exsposure,  cystitis, chronic leg ache, tooth ache, neck ache lasted 3 days, back ache. Runny nose for weeks, coated tongue that lasted weeks, sore throat on and off. Hot and cold chills. Tired,  sleeplessness nights, waking up sweating but not drenching bed. Loss of appetite,  weight loss, herpes,  sore bum, psoriasis,  pigmentation,  bumps under arms on wk 4 and 11 that were painful but I squeezed puss out of them. A rask on week 12 on face that was blotchy lasted 3 days. I have took temperature every week except week 2 that was always 36c.  From week one till 11 I felt a sence of dred, scared, confused even had time off work as I felt anxious. Wk 11 till now started to feel my normal self again.

Am so scared I do usually get cystitis about twice a year ever since my cesarean 8 years ago. I also have vaginal yeast infections but that one was the worst I ever had it was swollen, sore and even caused cuts and seemed like it lasted forever. As for herpes I do get one outbreak a year and no there was no outbreak at the time of exsposure,  but yet I have had an outbreak at around week 8/9 I still have my lump, i had an ultrasound scan on 20.11.13 they said the lump was 1cm lymph node and in feb it was rescanned and shrunk to 0.5cm.

Thanks for the fast reply doctor when googling lymph nodes it does not help.
The lymph node was 1cm to start off with and is now 0.5cm dates are above as to when it shrunk. I do not understand the lymph nodes apart from what i read online.

I have tested for everything else they were all clear which is why hiv keeps sticking in my head.

I cant understand why a lymph node would swell for such along amount of time?

Am just a girl from leicester very scared and very grateful you replied

Hello and thanks for the post.

I think you'll be fine. I understand that this guy not using a condom would upset you but in reality, the overwhelming likelihood is that he was / is HIV negative and not a risk to you at all.

The symptoms you have listed are all very general and none of them point to you having HIV - least of all the 0.5cm lymph node. These are all very general and very non specific symptoms and do not indicate HIV.

I am sure your test will come back as negative.

You do describe a lot of vaginal type symptoms so it is probably worth having a routine batch of sexual health tests as well.

kind regards, Sean

I did test today and now i will anxiously await the 2 weeks for my results.

I no nothing of the bloke apart from it is 18 weeks now since my exsposure and i have found out that the guy is a proper ladys man.

My symtoms have all come and gone at the same time i had my lymph node which is still here today.

Everything i google about lymph nodes shouts out hiv.

Scared to even go and get my results when it comes to it.
