Hello doctor i am a 22 y old male from Greece. on friday i booked an escort... that i saw on the internet i called to the service and they redirected me to her.... ok so the oral that these girs give they describe it as owc or oral without condom... and probably they give it a lot,,,she performed oral for about 20-30 minutes cause i was having a bit of difficulty to get it up.....then we procceeded to protected sex... and towards the end she also took my fluids in her mouth which she spited out...she requested me to take a bath before and after the intercourse which i guess is kind of good...(so day 2 still no symtoms)i paid 250 euros and i left,,,, and then i started making senarios in my mind... of what could happened and i got scared.... i ve been agin to this situation,,, and i ve have spended the past couple of months getting checked for stds and i check regulary.... never coght any,,,, will this be my first time???should i get checked again??? should i be worried.....(she was 22 y old from czech republic)

Thank you very much for your post and apologies for the delay in the reply.  We have been extremely busy in clinic in the last few days!!
After reading your post, I can conclude that there was no risk at all from the point of view of HIV infection.  This is because you used protection for penetration and you received oral sex (fellatio) without a condom, which does not involve any HIV risk at all for the person receiving it.  However there are risks involved i.e. Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea mainly, which I woudl recommend you being tested for as they would not always cause symptoms.

Hey doctor ok yesterday i had surgery for a hernia and i was given some anti biotics.... If i ever cought any std would the anti biotics eliminated the threat??? Thank you

I think you should be ok. Everything Ive read on here says that oral sex is not a risk for HIV especially if you are on the receiving end. She obviously doesnt want to get HIV either, thats why she used condoms. Im sure the docotor here can give you a better explanation.
