2mm cut and terrified

Dear Doctor,

I am from China. I am a male. Sorry for my terrible English, pls try to understand me.
One week ago, I stayed with a sex work. I was scratched by her fingernail with a 2mm wound (bleeding) on my waist. If she is Hiv positive and her finger has a open cut (bleeding too), will I be infected. And I donot know how many times she touched my wound.
Then she touched my genital twice, not masturbation, more like wipe a card quickly, because I dont want her to touch it. I found no wound on my genital. I think it is intact. But If she has a open cut on her finger and the blood just drop onto my urethra, any chance that the blood will infect me through the urethral mucosa( I found a little prostatic fluid on my underpants)?
I called a Chinese CDC (Centers for Disease Control), they told me there is a risk and I need a test after 3 month. I am so scared of it. Can u please explain my status more specifically. For god's sake, it is blood, I am so afraid of the blood exchange. Thanks Doc!
By the way, do I need a test? The hospital here use the 'Roche E170 Modular Electrochemiluminescence' to test the HIV. Is it the 4 generation method?(they told me yes, but I only found antibody on the report, no p24).

Dear Doctor,

Just for sure, are you saying that I won't be infected even if blood on my urethra and whether my urethra mucosa is broken or not?

Welcome to ur Forum. I will try to help.  There is no risk for HIV from being touched or scratched by a person with HIV, even if that person has a cut on their finger.  There are no reports of HIV being transmitted by this sort of contact.  I would not worry and I suspect that the Chinese CDC is just being careful.

There are tests with many different names for HIV.  If the test you have available tests only for HIV antibody, then it is not a 4th generation test and will give definitive results 8 weeks after an exposure (you do not need to wait three months).  If you have access to a 4th generation test (these test for both HIV antigen and HIV antibody) then results will be conclusive 4 weeks after the exposure.

I hope these comments are helpful.  From what you say, you do not have a reason to worry.  EWH
