Deep Kissing - Strip club dancer

Hello Dr,

The below question might cause you angry becoz of answering so many time. Please help me.

I went to a strip club on last Monday. I took a lap dance and kissed the dancer. While kissing our tongues are touched for 1 to 2 mins and we kissed on both of our lips. I don't have any bleeding gums or canker sore or open cuts or cracked lips during my kiss. Later i came to know on same day from another dancer, that first dancer whom i kissed is druggist and so i may get some disease. I am not sure whether she (first dancer) is a HIV +ve patient & having bleeding gums or open sore. I don't feel any blood on my mouth after kissing.  I am very afraid of HIV infections. I feel like a mild sore throat for half day yesterday and no fever or any other symptoms so far.

Do i have been infected to HIV infection?. Do i need to take test?.

I follow based on your advise.

Thanks
AnSe

This makes no difference.  You still are not at risk for HIV.

Hello Dr,

I am very much clear that i am not infected to HIV through kissing. But little question arises.
1. If i brush my teeth, then my gums bleed only few mins. But my gums didn't bleed before i kissed the dancer because i went to club during night around 10 PM and i brushed my teeth around 10 AM in the morning. It may be considered as a open wound.

My Doubt . If the dancer has bleeding gums and saliva is contaminated with blood, then do i get HIV infection?. Please advice.

I am awaiting for your reply.

There is no risk.  Kissing does not transmit HIV.  You do not need testing.

I'm not angry at all.  Just a little sad that you don't understand HIV risks and are so upset at something that carries no risk at all.

Don't worry about this.  All is well.
