HIV TEST AND SITUATIONS.

Hello. Me again, a different situation.

First, I have had 5 "situations" in my life that may exposed me to HIV or other STD`s.

1) Giving Oral sex to unknown male sex worker without condom, eyaculation outside my mouth. 31 JULY

2) Giving Oral sex to unknown male sex worker without condom, no eyaculation. 7 AUGUST

3) Gving Oral sex to unknown sex worker with condom ( that he has) covering half penis, no eyaculation. 9
NOVEMBER

4) Giving Hand Job to male sex worker, with eyaculation on my skin with dog scratches. 7 DECEMBER

5) Giving Oral sex to unknown sex worker with condom (mine) no eyaculation but precum. (Deeptroath) and he gave me hand job with underware on.

I have negatives test for the first 4 situations:  Qualitative PCR, and 4th Generation Test the last one 18 feb. 75 days aprox. from the situation number 4.

Does I need testing for last situation? I have very low fever and lymph neck nodes after third situation 3 days after.

HELP IM DESPERATE.

I was taking doxiciline and rifampicine, vitamins and minerals, amoxiciline, Dexlansoprazole and Ceftrioxone between this situations, also test positive 1:40 for brucella and 1:160 for anti-nuclear antibodies and negative in other lab.

HELP PLEASE.

Your anxiety is getting the best of you. The last exposure you describe was close to no risk.  Quantitative PCR is not recommended for HIV diagnosis.  You should wait until 4 weeks and then test with a combination HIV p24 antigen/HIV antibody test (sometines called 4th generation or DUO tests).  When you do the results will be negative proving that you do not have HIV.

It is time for this thread to end.  EWH

Hi Dr, the only test i have for the last situation ( the one I'm worried now) is a 4th generation test at 10 days!

Im scared, i just got flu they say its a sign of recent infection.

I just go medicated with ansiolitics.

Which test i can take so i can calm my nerves.. a qualitative nested pcr, a viral load?

Please help me :/

Thanks

Please remember, the reason you used the condom was in case your partner had HIV.  You did the right thing, used a condom. You are protected.  Further you said earlier the condom did not break.  If the condom did not appear broken, it was not.  When condoms break, they break wide open.

You have also tested multiple times since the last exposure that you mentioned.

I see no reason for you to continue to worry.  EWH

Thin or not, if the condom did not breait did it's job.  condom protected sex, as long as the condom is worn throughout sex is safe sex. EWH

Hello! No, I'm not using a different account, i was talking about the question that I asked before.

Condom didn't broke, but I'm scared because we used, SICO ULTRA SENSE, which is one of the thiner condoms in the market.

No eyaculation, but i saw pre-cum inside the condom, then I stop.

After 5 minutes I use alcohol on my hands, and mouthwash on mouth!

Why "me again"  are you using different names to sign into this Forum? Further, why do you ask the same questions that you have already asked on the International HIV Forum (1-4)  do you really expect a different answer.  That is most unlikely.

Your negative tests prove that you did not get HIV from experiences 1-4. As for the 5th experience, condom protected ex, oral or otherwise is safe sex and as long as the condom was worn throughout your experience, there is no risk for infection.  Similarly, there is no risk for receipt of masturbation from another partner, even if that partner's genital secretions get on you.

As you have also been told, your medications and other test results, including the positive ANA will not change the results of your HIV test or make them less accurate.  EWH
