HIV infection risk

I spent time with a sex worker three weeks ago. I did not have sex with her but she gave me a handjob. She said she is regularly tested. However, I have some concerns for HIV infection:
-- She used a condom for the handjob. I think the condom was new (i am not so sure). She gave me a towel to clean it. The towel seemed clean. Do I have any risk for HIV infection for these issues?

-- I licked her breasts. She said that she had a new silicon surgery for her breasts. There was no wound or scar on her breasts but she said that it is still hurting. Is it a risk?

-- I did not have any sex intercourse but my penis touched her belly and she touched my penis with her hands without condom. Do I have any risk for these?

I do not know about the symptoms but i feel itchy. Do I have any risk? Should I take a test?

Questions identical to yours have been answered on this site many times.  I will briefly repeat the answers.  first, as you point out, your partner probably did not have HIV, most commercial sex workers do not.  Even if she did however, the activities you engaged in were no risk for HIV.

1.  HIV is not transmitted by masturbation, with or with a condom.  Receipt of masturbation from is safe sex.

2.  No, no risk from licking her breasts.

3.  No risk from your penis touching the skin of her belly.

HIV is a sexually transmitted disease spread through sexual intercourse, not through kissing or touching, including masturbation.  You have no reason for concern and do not need testing for this exposure.  Your itching is not due to HIV.  It may be due to your anxiety over the events you describe however..   EWH
