HIV transmission through small traces of dried blood or other body fluids

Hi,

I went to a strip club and took a lap dance. I observed that the dancer has got some red spots\pimples on her hand and neck and little skin cut. Before taking the dance, I observed it clearly and I am 100 percent sure that they are completely dry on her body.

After coming out from the club, I observed and I am 100 percent sure that there are no wet blood stains or any other body fulids on my skin. I drove to home and nearly after 45 minutes I washed my penis with out washing my hands after coming to home.

Details about the Doubt or Worry from the above scenario

I read some where that even dried blood and semen will have HIV virus. So, my only worry now is, while holding her hands etc during the dance, I have firmly touched and rubbed her red spots\pimples\dried finger cut, which might have caused some blood or some other body fluid to come out and came into contact\touched my hand. The blood or bodily fluid might have been in very small traces and got dried on my hand. When I saw my hand after i came out, they might have been in small traces and dried and hence I did not notice any thing though I saw my hands.
So after I came to home after 45 minutes and while washing my penis with my hands it might have caused HIV infection as I did not wash my hands with soap.
Do you see any possibility for any infection in my scenario above?
As I said, I did not notice any clear fluid stains on my hand whether blood or any thing else. But suppose, assume that there was small blood stain got contacted my fingers and got dried. and after i came home after 45 minutes and washed my penis with out washing hands, will there be any risk?
Usually, when i rub my pimple some times or dried finger cut some times, i see like a little drop of blood on my finger and which gets dried very quickly and it gets unnoticed on the finger, i am referring to such thing above on the dancer when i say small blood stain. Pls reply, considering the worst case scenario.

Welcome to the Forum. there is no "worst case scenario".  This was a no risk event with no risk of HIV even if the dancer did have HIV which is most unlikely.  There is no reason for concern and no need for testing.

The information you got about living HIV being present in dried bloo or secretions is incorrect.  EWH

Hello Doctor,
Thanks a lot for your response.
Actually, one last question related to the above scenario.
Actually, I was also licking her body on the neck, boobs, stomach etc. While I am licking (not biting at all), by any chance if there is any ruptured red spot\red pimple, and If I swallow the little trace of the fluid that comes out of that little ruptured red pimple\red spot, Is there any risk of HIV as I have mild sores in my mouth and lips (no bleeding at all though)?
Please consider worst case scenario.
Usually, when those little red spots\pimple on the body gets ruptured while doing sex, the slight amount of fluid that comes out from that little red spots\pimple will have HIV virus?
I am very much tensed with this new doubt again and really not able to concentrate on any thing at all.
I really appreciate your early response on this.
Thanks a lot once again.
