In bad shape

Hi Doctor, I will try to make this short. I have been living in Asia for about a year. I have been in multiple risks most of them last year. here are couple of my latest risks:

1- around end of Nov last year, I gave sex to heterosexual using condom and then he used that same condom to perform analingus on me. What is the risk of getting HIV from that if his liquid got in my anal? Within  1 to 2 weeks I had sore throat behind my tong in deep of my mouth and discomfort in my tong and the flu like symptoms also some pain in my lymph groin.  I went to the family doctor and she took a blood test but no specific and said everything was well, also strip throat and Mono was fine.I took  HIV test about 5 weeks later and it came back negative, not sure if that relaible.

2- I have been dating a girl  from Indonesia and we have unprotected sex once around end of Feb this year. for the past 4 to 5 weeks I had rash on buttocks, mainly outside sometimes they go down to my legs and it has burning feeling especially when I'm sitting, also for past couple weeks I have also rash on my top back arm around the triceps and elbow area, they itch sometimes, also there are some rash on my lower back.
My mid and top back starting itching lately but can’t find too many rash there.

I’m really worried Doctor, what should I do, I’m at really danger risk for HIV?

thanks a lot

STDs tests can be performed during menses.  Many doctors believe that testing should not be done at this time but this is incorrect.  EWH

Read my answer about symptoms.  The rash you are experiencing could be due to any number of things but is most unlikely to be due to HIV.  For me to try to make a diagnosis over the internet without the chance to examine you would not be appropriate, nor in your best interest.  Go see a health care provider and ask them about what your rash might be.  EWH

The exposures you describe are relatively low risk.  To be specific:
1.  Condom protected sex - no risk worth considering.
2.  Analingus - no risk, even if his oral secretions got into your anus.
3.  Unprotected sex with a female partner - chances are that she was not HIVV infected.  If she was, your risk from unprotected sex is 1 infection per 1000 exposures.

Symptoms - are non specific and are in no meaningful way related to HIV or a good means for detecting HIV. Forget symptoms, they are not due to HIV/

What to do.  Get tested.  At any time more than six weeks since your last exposure, the results of a standard HIV blood test will give you reliable information.  You have little to worry about from what you have written

Hope this helps.  EWH
