Welcome back to our Forum. I note that this is your 2nd post in less than a week. I need to remind you that we ask clients to post no more than two questions/threads on our Forums over and 6 month period in order to allow others the chance to have their questions answered as well. I also wonder why it is that you suddenly have so very many concerns of late.
As for your question, this was a no risk exposure. you already note that your partner is low risk but even more important is that the activity you describe is masturbation and as you note, there has NEVER been a case of HIV transmission associated with masturbation of an infected partner, even when there are surface cuts and scrapes present. Surface wounds such as cuts and scrapes are different than deep introduction of infected material into tissue which is what happens when needles transmit infection. Contamination of surface wounds are not vulnerable in the same way.
Bottom line, this was a no risk exposure which does not require testing or concerns. EWH
