Welcome to our Forum. The event you describe was a no risk event for HIV. First, most commercial sex workers do not have HIV. Even if your partner did however, condom protected sex is safe sex and, as you have already been told on the HIV Prevention Community site, there are no instances in which persons have been proven to acquire HIV from receipt of unprotected oral sex.
In answer to your specific questions:
1. For my case, how reliable of my HIV combo test result at 21 days?? I see that 28 days combo test is recommended and accurate. So I had a doubt about my result . Should I get HIV combo test again??
21 days is strong but not definite evidence that you did not get HIV. As I said however, your exposure was no risk and therefore, fro a medical perspective, there was no reason for testing at all. If you wish to test again do so at 4 weeks with a combo test.
2.What is the chance for getting HIV from this event ?? Is it low risk event??
See above. No risk.
