hiv cunnilingus or other ets

Dear doctors. I write because on 11 April this year, I had sex with a prostitute . She performed fellatio me with condom and without condom cunnilingus to her , when I was in the supine position. Performing cunnilingus you had a duration of 3 to 5 minutes maximum. After that there was vaginal penetration with a condom , she lubricate it with vaseline above , justifying that this would decrease the risk of the condom to burst. After I finish all, when I got home I remembered that I bit my tongue days before his sleep , so between panic. I went to the bathroom to see my tongue and I note that no bleeding , never did, but if you could tell me there was tight with my teeth. Two weeks after that , I went to the dentist who find me 3 decay. My anxiety step by anguish , almost assuming I have HIV . Worst of all, it had a (heterosexual ) couple, which was not well when I had sex with the prostitute . Currently we are not together , but we want to return. I have thought fulfill myself 4th generation test for HIV within these days . For a few days I had itchy glans and foreskin but those days was traveling and use a bar soap. I have no such hassles anymore. I also had a sore throat or palate but no more than one day.
My questions are related to how risky is my situation about having contracted HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases . I'm from Chile so I forgive my English . Best regards .

Welcome to our Forum. The exposures you describe are very low risk for HIV and other STIs.  Your condom protected sex (both receiving oral sex and vaginal sex) were safe sex and there is no meaningful risk for HIV or other STDs from those exposures.

There is a very, very small risk for HIV and STI from your performance of unprotected cunnilingus on your partner.  Please understand that most commercial sex workers do not have HIV or other STIs and even when they due, transmission of infection is unusual, particularly with oral sex.  The risk for HIV IF your partner was infected (and she was probably not) is less than 1 infection in 10,000 exposures.  the only STI you are at any meaningful risk for is gonorrhea, and that risk is quite low

Personally, I would not worry.  EWH

Hello again Doctor, I hope this very well. I also hope not to bother with this new question. I write because I do the test Alere Determine HIV-1/2 Ag / Ab Combo at 27 days of my pseudo risk situation. The result was negative so I'm happy, but not completely hehe, because I'm not sure of the window period for that test. On the following page Alere appears"... detects both HIV-1/2 antibodies and the HIV-1 antigen, which can appear just 12-26 days after infection¹,² HIV-1/2 antibodies first appear significantly later – 20 – 45 days after infection..." ; I understand by logic that can be administered from day 27 which was what I did. I hope you can help me with this (the window period for this test). Best regards.

Your result is conclusive for you.  Believe the results. There is no reason for further testing. EWH
