Welcome to our Forum and my apologies for taking so long to get to your question.  I am pleased to tell you however that there is no risk to you of getting HIV from the exposure you describe.  Even before we consider risk IF she was infected with HIV, let me point out that most commercial sex workers in Guatemala do not have HIV. Even if she did however, there is no risk from touching her vagina and getting her vaginal secretions on you, even with a sore on your knuckle.  HIV is not spread through touching of this sort, even with open cuts.

As far as oral sex is concerned, the risk of infection is also tiny and not something to worry about.  The quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high. Some experts state there is no risk at all from oral sex.  Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex.

I urge you not to worry.  You really probably do not even need to have testing for HIV related to this exposure however, if you choose to do so, a single standard HIV antibody test performed 8 weeks after your exposure will provide conclusive evidence that you did not get HIV.

I hope my comments are helpful to you. EWH

STDs are not effectively transmitted by transfer of genital secretions from one person to another on someone's hands.  Washing your hands is always a good thing to do.  Washing the vagina might be irritating itself and is not advised.

The risk is so low without the washing you describe that to guess how much lower washing would make it is useless.  You need to stop worrying.  EWH

How many time does STDs survive in your finger if you touch  vagina fluids, and can be catched if you afterwards you touch your penis, and does they Survive if you wash your hands with soap and afterwards you pour alcohol in your hands .I refer to herpes ,syphilis, ngu, ghono etc. After an encounter with a call girl does it help that the vagina was washed lots of shampoo.and does lower the risk of transmition of std in general.

thanks for your answer
