You are being silly and hypochondrical.  Stop worrying about "what if" questions.  Go get tested.  The test will be negative.  Then stop your worrying.  EWH

If you had it (and you don't), lymph node swelling could occur after a few years of infection.  Kaposi's can take more than 10 years to become apparent.  EWH

If this was the biggest mistake of your life, then you've been pretty lucky.  Your risk is low.  You had a single exposure to a woman in Mexico who may be at increase risk for HIV.  Increased risk does not mean the she had HIV or that if she did (unlikely) that she gave it to you.  Here are the facts:

1. Odds are that she does not have HIV.  Most women, even most "risky" women, do not.
2.  If she was, your single exposure carried with it a 1 in 1000 chance of your getting HIV..

While I understand your concern, realistically, you have little to worry about.  You state that the exposure occurred 2-4 years ago (hard to understand why you are so imprecise).  If this is the case, go get an HIV test.  The result will accurately tell you whether you are infected or not.  When the test comes back negative, you can stop your worrying.  Take care.  EWH
