Hi i have very bad anxiety from this. I wasnt feeling good at work and someone checked my blood sugar with their stuff. I'm not sure if the lancet was reused or not. I think about this all the time. Can you catch hiv from a used lancet?

No, a used lancet CANNOT transmit HIV because blood gets exposed to the elements and renders the virus inactive.
