Why am I worried? Why am I stressing?
I feel like I am the only one who truly understands my risk. I was with a skinny latin a massage parlor girl.
I had no Ana or vaginal penetration. Just oral with condom which is no risk. But i was fingered with some secretions. The vaginal secretions were new and mixed with a cheap cleaning product. It stung a I had penis pains that night. My ruiner symptoms went away but at two weeks:
Two weeks later fever, unknown degree as I did not put thermametor all the way to the back of the tounge. The degrees it was showing were fluctuating but highest was 100. But as I said that was with thermometer in front part of mouth. I had node pulsating and pinching in groin, I can't remember where else. I felt a bump and ache in left arm pit, with back ache, next day. Right rib ache. That week I also felt one day diareah veer liquid right while eating food. But I was holding off from pooping the next days cause I was afraid of diareah.
I hap three pimple looking things on back, Which I discovered days after illness, I don't know if I had rash at week of illness because I was not taking my short of due to sadness. Some headaches, night sweats lasted about two days and another night sweat another day.
I had a dry throat with lump in back I felt when I swallowed, I did not check if it was red that week, it did not hurt. Weeks later I saw throat was a little red, so I do not know if it was like that at time of incident, and also my got a little scrappy. My parotid glands, by side of cheeks and jaw joints swelled. I don't think I ever felt the need to go to doctor.
I think I had a viral infection. To complicate things there is the issue of co infection and gonoreah. Gonoreah increases HIV shedding. Plus I might have had an untreated STD, or better said failed treated STD. I don't believe I had a herpes outbreak at that time, but felt tingling day after incident.

As Teak advised you, your best bet at this point is to seek professional mental help to help you understand why you are so obsessed with HIV over a no risk situation.
