Can I get HIV from the suspicious broken pubic hair with vaginal fluid contact?
I had sex with a woman a few days ago and had a condom.
In the process, my pubic hair seemed to be pulled (and there was some friction). Afterward, I felt some pain and saw a small piece of skin with redness and swelling. No blood was observed. But touching that part will hurt.
My concern is that her fluid will transmit HIV to me through wounds that I cannot see?

I agree. You do not describe a risk for HIV. HIV Is only transmitted through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Air inactivates the virus. So the pubic hair and skin would not transmit the virus. No risk.
