I see where you are coming from. Let me explain this to you, you are not at risk. It doesn't matter what condom was used, condoms are made of latex and latex's bind won't let HIV transmit through it's structure. It doesn't matter if the condom was cheap or expensive, if it didn't fail, there is no risk.
One simple logic to the aforementioned is that none of the condom brands market themselves with the communication of being strongest or restraint to failure. Their marketing message is simply on the lines of pleasure, flavour and longitivity.
You don't need to test, you must move on.
Using condoms prevents the spread of HIV. You had no risk. As long as you always use condoms you'll not have to worry about HIV.
