Also,  what was your exposure please?

Tetanus shot wouldn't interfere with your ARV drugs.

This is in response to your other thread where you were trying to understand or point out differences in PrEP and. PEP -

1. PrEP needs to be taken on daily basis with out discontinuation (daily pill) as it is recommended for people practicing unprotected sex with a partner of positive serostatus, serodiscordant couples or high risk group. If it has to be discontinued, it would be best done post 28 days from the day of last exposure.

2. PEP is recommended to be taken within 72 hours of known exposure and has to be continuously taken every day until 28 days from the date of exposure.

Both the above has side effects that can cause diarrhoea, headaches, nausea/vomiting and fatigue. However these are usually mild and generally only last a few days with no long-term side effects.

I can't imagine why it would interfere.  You can always check with the drug company that manufactures truveda.  What was your original exposure that made you take pep?

What was your hiv risk, oral anal or vaginal and did you use a condom? You should call the clinic about the tetanus interactions since you have to make a quick decision, instead of taking someones word here.
