Sample OD is very near to Cutoff OD in elisa test.Am I going to infected?

I am a 28 years guy, had possible exposure on September 5th 2014 had unprotected sex with and unknow status women. On October 13th I had diarrhea and severe fever(103/104 degree) with rash and sore throat. After that my hand and leg palm skin started to peel.I am fine now.I was so scared and  had antibody test for HIV infection. From October to November I had three antibody test in two different labs.First two test were in the same lab and third one was in a different lab.First two test were on 23rd October and 8th November. Both results were negative. The test result was as follows. Sample rate .41 and cutoff rate was 1 and in the 2nd test the sample rate was .11 and cutoff rate was 1.I took my last test on 8th December in a different diagnostic center which was after 3 months from the possible exposure. The result was negative but the test result was as Sample OD .113 and Cutoff OD .215.I have two questions:
1)Is sample rate and sample OD means the same thing?
2)My last result indicates that my sample OD(.113) is near the cutoff rate(.215).Does it indicate that I am going to be infected with HIV very soon?  Please let me know.I am totally broken thinking about it.

Dont worry about the numbers. The test result was negative at 3 months, making your December test conclusive. You do NOT need to retest.
