Having your girlfriend take an HIV test is really an odd overreaction to having a low-grade fever and body pains.  Anyway, if she has not had intercourse with anyone else but you for the past 3 months, her test is conclusive and she does not have HIV.

Did you use a thermometer to know if you even have a fever? It is easy when you are worried to feelyou have something that doesn't exist.                  Anyway Curfew gave you the right advice.
She is not my gf.I asked her about any other intercourse and obv she said no. And after how many minimum days does it take to get accurate results of hiv(taken through blood sample).Thank You
And what are the symptoms(That Almost all people get)If they contracted hiv or any other Std? Thanku for Answering.
As has already been mentioned, you are over reacting. Going out and getting an hiv test or bugging your sexual partner of 3 months to have one every time you get a little fever is an over reaction. 4th generation tests are accurate at 28 days and beyond and all other tests at 12 weeks. Symptoms are NOT used to diagnose hiv. Ever. So, don't even bother of asking about that. You do sound like you suffer health anxiety and that is something to talk to your doctor about.
Hundreds of millions of hiv negative people get daily "slight body pains".  Your symptoms can't prove anything.
Without a thermometer you don't know if the low grade fever existed or  is like many people who post here that they have a measured fever of 99 which isn't a fever. That's why symptoms can't diagnose.
