11 Week HIV Test

Hello, I had unprotected vaginal sex with my boyfriend for the first time in November until the beginning of January. I had an HIV test in a hospital at the end of January when we broke up… Which would be 11+ weeks after the first time. Is that good enough of a reasoning that I do not have HIV? I am a hypochondriac so I have been freaked out by this for quite some time. Any help would be thanked.

He tested negative after 3 months of exposure with a condom back in July… Should I still be nervous?
