After 4 months of exposure I have got TRIDOT TEST NON REACTIVE can this be a conclusion
Even your earlier test was conclusive.

A duo is conclusive after 4 weeks and any other test has a 12 week window. If you tested after the window period, then you can move on, otherwise you have to take the test again at the proper time.

I took my test in 11 th week of exposure
do you know what test you took? if it was a 4th gen duo as stated above, you're good. any other will be in the time frame listed above, but after 11 weeks that is reassuring, but cannot be considered conclusive.
also, this section of the forum has no doctors. only members who can answer you.
I am not clear with the generation
To be safe, we'll assume it is a 3rd-generation test, which is conclusive at 12 weeks after the event, or any time after that.  Your result is almost certainly not going to change, but you can test again just to be 100% sure that you are HIV-negative.
