112 days HIV 1/2 24 antigen & Antibody Test (Combo) negativ

I had a high risk exposure on 06/07/2013 through vaginal intercourse (unprotected) with a neighbour lady..She performed Oral on me as well..After 18-19 days I had developed throat pain..A bit redish pimple in the throat as well..It lasted for around 45 days..took Limcee 500 (Vitamin C ) for 20 days..Now my throat in not paining but I still feel there is something that is not normal with my throat..I have too much saliva in the mouth..My penis foreskin some time turn red & after few days again gets normal..My roof of the mouth has a bit whitish layer..My toungue some time also not feel like as I used to feel previously..When I ride on bike I feel some wateryflow in my peniss..I have got tested V- for HIV at 30/73/112 days for Hiv 1/2 24 antigen & antibody test (Combo)..At 73 days my shyplis test,Hepatitis B also was also negtive..I would also like to mention here that I also got tested my Urine..& in the result trace of the prptein was found,Occassional pus cell & epithelial cell  was found..One more thing I like to ment ion that in year 2010 I had been undergone spine surgery && metalic implant w due toas put on my spine..It happened due to bone TV I had..Now I feel myself very unfortunate due to all these..I hav no other visible symptom..The lady I had sex wid is HIV v- when I forced her to undergo test...I m dying dying every day due to hell like situation...Is there  reason that I might have caught infection & it is not pickingup because of my spine surgery & metalic implant? Am I safe now or I have to wait for further testing?

Enough--you have a conclusive negative result--you don't have HIV so move on.
